Hoot and Toot are two of the characters in Chuggington. They are twin siblings.

Personality

Hoot and Toot each have a distinct personality. Hoot is somewhat quiet and honest while Toot is very fussy and rude and is an attention-seeker. But Hoot isn't satisfied with her lack of cooperation and while Toot doesn't buy it, they would tend to bicker and argue about it a lot of times. Sometimes Toot would eventually see reason and would apologize by saying, "I've been so mean."

Looks

Hoot is painted blue and white. Toot is painted green and white. And like based on Sunil and Vinnie from Littlest Pet Shop.

Trivia

• Hoot is red-green colorblind (as explained in "Hoot v. Toot").
• Toot's attention-seeking habit was hanging in the balance in "Toot's New Friend" after Piper came to Chuggington, making her jealous. When Hoot told Toot that being jealous is not nice, Toot realized how mean she's been and made friends with Piper.
